I am a fat girl who has started to run. I think that day ended up being in the 90s but the sun was blazing already when we went out. I was feeling pretty confident that I could run the 5K fairly well with some walking, but not too much. Ha! So that is an accomplishment. I now have a goal for my next 5K. Also a good thing!
